Accidentally left hot terminal jumper in place when bi-wiring. Damage potential?

I just noticed when I bi-wired my new speakers I accidentally left the hot terminal jumpers in place / only removed the negative terminal jumpers. Not sure how I managed that. They've been running loud for dozens hours like that. Any possibility I damaged my speakers / amp? Thanks.
