Looking For Established Person / Company That Repairs & Upgrades Amplifiers in the NY/NJ

Looking to have our B&K Reference 2220 Stereo amplifier repaired and / or upgraded.
It's immaculate but currently makes static background noise in stand-by mode.
Contacted Jon Soderberg who could help but shipping from the East Coast to the West Coast and back again is very expensive.
Looking for someone who is established / reputable closer to our New York / New Jersey / PA area.
Thank you for whatever experiences can be shared.
