Sony PS-X70 vs Kenwood KD650

Both are good but i believe the PS-X70 is the better engineered one with a better arm and motor.
You can upgrade the Kenwood with a better arm.
Looks are different though with Sony being more industrial and Kenwood good looking.
Sony can accept easily mm or mc cartridges if you want that.
Both are vintage so inspect them carefully.

Many moons ago I owned the Kenwood KD-600 armless version of the KD-650. I think the Kenwood rock tables where outstanding. I am pretty sure that the arm on the 650 was a JELCO. I think you should keep the table with the stock arm!

Thank you guys. Sony is 500 and kenwood is 990. With Covid they place is to small for a preview. Both tables seem to have a following. I have a Benz micro 0.4 Mc cart. 
If I got Sony I would probably get Sutherland insight or EAT glo. With the kenwood I would probably look at Sutherland KC insight or MUsic fidelity MX-VNYL if that makes a difference.
