Ever have a CD avalanche like losing at Jenga?

I just did. They spilled to the left, right, front, but most just went down behind the rack. Makes me want to say bad words. Okay I did say bad words but it would be inappropriate to post them.

This is not the first time and my long BBQ tongs work well for retrieval.

Server, CD are in boxes in garage, IF they Jenga it was either an earthquake or a significant parking error….
I like to see everything I spent so much on....thousands and thousands of CDs....A house full of audio equipment I had to have. Then you look at your savings account and say wtf,did I do......

I polish my CD cases with a silicone product. They are way slipperier than usual.
The mark up less and look better longer. But naturally they do not stay in stacks very well.

Thanks for the work-day laugh. Sorry, nothing personal of course. But the imagery of jenga and your writing style was funny. Not to mention the random post. Cheers

Never found any cracked cases. I am starting to think seriously about computer audio but since I am too lazy to put my CD's away I am also too lazy to tackle the task of ripping a couple thousand CD's. The prospect of better sound beckons, though....
My sympathies are with you. I bet I can guess what words you've said especially when you find some of your cd cases cracked. Doesn't happen to often now as mine are ripped to a server.
