CHANGE THE PROVIDER ROOTER FOR A BETTER CONNECTION WITH INNUOS VIA IPAD
I have an INNUOS SE that I like. I currently have a problem connecting my IPAD to my INNUOS. Regardless of what I listen to, from my ripped CDs or TIDAL goes, after sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 1 hour, the music stops and my iPad indicates that the server cannot be found. I must then close my innuos, then reopen it so that it finds the connection. I checked with my internet provider, the technician came to my house my rooter is a ZYXEL and according to my provider everything is correct. The technician of INNUOS via my pc was able to check all the parameters of my INNUOS, he made tests etc etc. to conclude that my INNUOS device was functional. It seems that the problem is due to my ROOTER.
Then he emailed me with the following sentence:
"If your are using a
provider router, we have had many cases where installing a separate router
resolves a lot of these issues."
