Purepower 2000+ and 3000+ actual availability???

My dealer is still waiting for a new PP 3000+ or 2000+ unit to arrive that he and I can both audition. There have been no responses as of late to requests for status. I am hopeful that this will change, the problem will resolve and a unit that does not produce hum or any other kind of noise in the system will arrive soon.

Mlary ~ too bad after all this time a unit gets shipped that has the same problem as others have reported here. Seems like there is no resolution.

We began manufacturing the PurePower+ product line in September after a 6 month beta program. As we discovered it is no mean feat to design a brand new product release, build a new production facility, set up a complex supply chain and make certain the product meets all your expectations. We think we have accomplished all of that, and our reliability experience is dramatically better than our past outsourced product. The one thing we have not yet accomplished is to build them fast enough to meet demand. Nevertheless we do not currently have long lead times on delivery and production is steady and steadily increasing.

PurePower+ models are being hand built in our Canadian plant and we have absolutely no plans to outsource our production to Taiwan in order to speed production. We learned that lesson the hard way.

Purepower, It still seems that you have not worked the bugs out of the new units that you continue to sell.

PP if all these customers that get a hum when the new PP+ is used and none of use ever had these issues before with many other conditioners (and I myself spent weeks and weeks trying all sorts of grounding schemes to eliminate the hum) and none of us had any luck then I thinks it's safe to say there is something wrong with these units. You can spin this anyway you want but......
