@macg19 , yes, from what i can tell those tracks are fixed (in the PNW anyway). As for other, potentially yet to be discovered bad tracks, I can’t say. |
@kirkwallace Thanks, kinda puts things in perspective. Of course everyone is free to vote with their cash, but I’d caution piling on and creating unintended consequences. Qobuz users: 1.2M Tidal users: 3 - 5M Both dwarfed by the likes of Spotify Qobuz experienced massive recent growth, over 40% vs 8% industry average. Sounds like they got caught off guard and are trying to catch up. Qobuz reportedly pays artists a bit better than Tidal. So...my only point is: It would really suck if Qobuz went out of business and Tidal became a monopoly (in the audiophile sector of the market). That will 100% guarantee a price increase and a decline in service. btw Tidal users have Qobuz to thank (at least partially) for the reduction in fees. |
