Qobuz still messed up

I was having tremendous issues with quobuz and volumio. After five years gave up and bought an Eversolo t8.  Result was dramatic . Maybe a one in fifty drop but the experience has been awesome. I use a i2s connection and a gustardt r 26 dac

I notice that many songs get cut off early. More so lately.

Although I have decided to opt out, I still have nearly two months remaining on my subscription. I’d still like to report the issue I’m experiencing in the hope that it helps improve the service.

I reported the following issue to Qobuz by email:

But got no response / help from Qobuz.  Is it the right channel?

When I use Qobuz web player or Qobuz app on iphone, there is no
problem.  The issue occurs when playing music on Innuos Zen Mk III thru Sense, Rivoplus thru Volumio and QC to both players.  Both players skip around the same time. 

Again, no issue with Tidal at all.

Right now Qobuz is down. I can't even reach qobuz.com on a browser. 

Help is non-existent. It's happened before and it's getting old. 

Qobuz seems to be down for many users today.
