Posting pictures in a forum discussion

Figured not everyone knows…

Here’s how I do it:

1. Log into Imgur. You can use your google or apple account

2. click the upload icon (top left circled in red)

2. choose Photo Library then select an image you want to post and upload it

3. Click on your user icon top right the  select Posts and select All - you will see your images posted to Imgur 

4. click on the image you want to post 

5. click and hold if on smart phone or tablet, until menu pops up from which you will select Copy

6. Go back to the forum.

7. Click the picture icon above the text window in a forum (middle right f toolbar) the following dialogue will open where you will past the image link, then click anywhere on that screen until the picture size numbers show up in boxes. Use between 150-350 which usually resizes the image to fit the window
