Maybe you should spend more time with solutions, I have done everything I can do with this, most of my input is to inform people of Reverb, who has a reputation for this kind of dealing.,......One package was delivered, I was left a note that the other one was at Stables, I went to Staples four times total to be told UPS does not use them as a drop zone................I talked with another UPS driver that told me that UPS has started a process where they deliver packages, they will no more support "customer service" they have become a package delivery service only........He also told me that UPS has no drop zone in Lewiston, ID.......To some this up.....Unless I hire legal help I will never get my money.........I buy 1000.00 to 10,000.00 worth of items a week, I have over 5000 ebay feed-back, over 90 audiomart, 200-300 on audiogon so I didn't just get in this game......I have built , repaired audio for over 60 years......I have seen about everything..........All of this is to inform, I will never get my money back.............
REVERB LOSES PACKAGE AND WON"T PAY LOSS
I buy a (2) piece pre-amp and power supply and Reverb ships it with signature only on one box, the other box is lost and they won't do anything, so I go into Pay-Pal and they say that its Reverb's problem so I can't file a "Un-delivered claim" ...So now I'm out at least 1200.00 for half of my purchase........Reverb lets the seller decide if they are going to pay a refund, So of course he won't pay the loss..............So when you buy on Reverb you will take a chance on losing your whole purchase and nobody will do anything.......
