@glennewdick I didn't consider that point & your correct..
 I guess I'll expand my search to Class A PP..Thx........

 Parallel class A isn't going to be any different. To be fully balanced you are adding twice the tubes and circuit, not going to be easy to find on the lower price ranges. I don’t know of any balanced Class A tube integrated amps off the top of my head. Probably a few out there though. But again, you are paying for that by doubling your tube count etc. I’d honestly look at single ended designs of higher quality over trying to add a fully balances tube design. The only balanced design I can think of off the top of my head is the mac’s MC275 but that’s a class A/B amps and only amp.

... To be fully balanced you are adding twice the tubes and circuit ...

That is not accurate, but it’s a common misconception. For example, differentially balanced amplifiers are fully balanced, such as Atma-Sphere’s "Balanced Differential Design®" products. Many Audio Research amps and preamps also use differential op-amps.

Triode Corporation (Japan) makes a $5,000 integrated with remote control of volume and mute, a headphone jack, 300b single ended triode.  The only thing missing is that its inputs are RCA, not XLR  I have not heard it, but, I've heard other stuff that they make and they are pretty good, particularly for the money.
