Do you have any gear that was outright given to you?

Also a Pioneer SX receiver my father found in a neighbor's trash. It was in excellent working condition!

The Pioneer receiver was sitting on top of the trash can when my father saw it. He brought it home and asked if I wanted it.

A fellow I sold some guitars to surprised me by bringing over an Empire 208 turntable. He said he wasn't using it and was appreciative of the deals I gave him on the guitars.

Nope,  I given stuff away but no one ever gave me anything.

Yes - My uncle gave me his Dynakit 70 in the late 80s.  Still in use today.
