Anyone Else Running Two Systems?

I know what you mean. I have 2 systems, one with the Andrew Jones designed Pioneer floor standing loudspeakers driven by a Sony receiver which can play Bluetooth audio. Cables are basic and they server for playing the TV audio. But Spotify HiFi sounds very good. This is in the living room.

The other is almost similar with the AJ designed Pioneer bookshelf speakers but with Signal Cable speaker wires. This is in the basement and used for kids gaming and while I am on the treadmill.

Both of them cannot match my main system. Over a year, I probably listen to them 10% of the time. But I could live with them, if I had to. 

Running a 5 channel audio set up with multiple sources with my flat screen in an AV system.

And an audio only 2 channel system with multiple sources including a vinyl rig.

Plus another 2 channel system in my office fed from my computer and a bluray player.

Not to mention assorted components in storage.

Currently building a second system. My main setup is fairly steady, I only change components every few years at most. This second system will be more for fun, swapping and experimenting more frequently. 

I have 4 systems--main, bedroom, office, kitchen.  The main system (in my Virtual System) is far superior to the others, which I use for background listening rather than more serious listening.  I also use wireless earbuds for listening on the go, and they are actually better than the speakers in my three lesser systems, so maybe I have 5 systems.

Aside from having the music in various rooms, the office system was a place for me to put components that I had upgraded in the main system, and they could serve as spares if something in the main system went down, which has never really happened.

Yes.  The bedroom system is far more space limited and entirely there for convenience plus entertainment.  No critical listening at all.
