Wilson Sophia Speakers - Deteriorating grill mount foam

Does anyone have suggestions for replacing or renewing the foam robber on the front of my Wilson Sophia speakers?  These are the areas where the speaker grills attach.  The rubber is crumbling away, so the grills won't stay on.  I would like to sell these speakers and downsize, but I want them to be in good shape before I advertise them.  Thanks for any advice.

Thank you. Looks like a messy job.  I suppose I can buy new diffraction pads from Wilson Audio?

Yes, you can buy new diffraction panels from Wilson, just redid mine and upgraded the resisters which they offer as a package. The process was pretty straight forward and I didn't even have to move them from their positions. The pads were $300.00 for the 2 lower pads and $150.00 for the 2 upper ones. As an aside, the fact that I didn't have to move mine it would have been a easier process if you have the manpower to lay them out on a raised dolly or such. Enjoy the music
