I just traded (among a bunch of other fine components) a 5-month old Innous Stream1 in completely mint/like new condition -- it still has the protective film on the little touch pad -- to the Music Room; it might end up within or maybe just above your budget on their site in a week or two. You might want to keep an eye out for that. USB only and it would be a nice step up from your N130.
(They also will have my stand alone USB Phoenix Reclocker; i bought from Linear Tube Audio acting a dealer for Innuos North America; the unit was Innuos' demo unit for a year or 2; so very well cared for. Together they would be a big step up from the N130, but in that case, clearly more than you currently plan to spend.)
