Why for the life of me I can’t stay awake when listening to Music?

I really don’t understand how someone can stay all night long listening to music? I read reviewers saying I started listening for hours till 2-3 in the morning. Well, I am 62 yo and as soon as I play music man I feel sleepy. I don’t think that is listening fatigue, it must be the opposite of it. I become so relaxed and my eyes start shutting down lol. Is that normal? Is it my equipments that makes me feel so relaxed or is it my advanced age? Can I do anything different to my system?
I am not sure if this topic came up before and may sound silly but I thought I ask in case someone else on this forum has the same issue.

Are you playing the same short list of music that you really enjoy and sounds great on your system?  Try streaming more and discovering new music.

Thank you all! I like to discover all sort of music but definitely leaning toward slow Jazz or vocals.
I just looked at it on Google Gemini today and this is what I got:

Sound profoundly impacts the brain and body. When you listen to music, particularly at a slower tempo (around \(60-80\) beats per minute), your body naturally synchronizes with the rhythm, which can slow your heart rate, reduce cortisol (stress hormone), and relax your muscles. [1234]

This response triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, which signals to your body that it is safe to rest and repair. Deep, low-frequency sound waves require less brain effort to process, which can guide your mind into a deeply relaxed, almost trancelike state. [12]

I wonder if you listened with a friend if a few shared comments would keep you awake.
