the one that got away - how do you handle grief?

I just lost a bid for my dream speakers that I had been chasing for a decade. It was pretty stupid because I missed the last hour and maybe I would have won it with another $100. But maybe it's a sign, it's just a piece of hardware, that I should not be obsessed with. - "you can't always get what you want"

Did you always get the gear you thought would make you whole?

Ever felt your eyes drawn to roadkill or an accident? As parker points out, worth twice the price of admission.

@parkergetdean ,

It wasn’t me.

Apparently we have a besúgó in our midst...

What an árvácska, whomever it is.

@douglas_schroeder OK. I retract the statement about you getting paid by the word, please accept my apology.

Here is some friendly advice. Dial it down a notch or two. Some editing (reducing word count) and humility goes a long way.

For example, “My posts have been pertinent” (says you and only you) vs, “I try to write posts that are helpful.”

Also, when presenting yourself as a professional journalist, typos and bad grammar aren’t really acceptable. “phusius”?

Just a suggestion.
