Manufacturers with great customer service

Zesto Audio customer service has been outstanding. George and Carolyn are quick to respond and have provided lots of great advice for building and fine tuning my system. 

The folks at Rogue Audio were prompt, polite and spot on with advice.

I need to shout out to Steve & Willie at Krell service.  After bringing my units back to new, they freshened up my KCT pre, KPE reference and FPB300cx.  All 3 are like new for another 20 years.  And since I turn 70 today I'm hoping I get to enjoy then until the next refurbished when I'm 90. 

I haven't needed much help, but I've had really good service from McIntosh and PS Audio service.

For non-audio stuff, a big shout out to Bunn and Dyson.  I had a service need from both, didn't have a purchase receipt but in both cases I gave them the serial number and they both thought I'd made the purchase within the warranty period and sent me a new Bunn coffee make and battery form a vacuum cleaner!
