Best concert you've attended

Mine is The Doobie Brothers, at the Civic Center in Amarillo Texas, in 1976. I was 16 years old.

The weed smoked all around us was good  too.

Best:  unquestionably Paul McCartney. Saw him perform in Seattle about 13 years ago and ended his show with remaining members of Nirvana joining him onstage and jamming.

Honorable mention: too numerous to mention all but stand outs include Steve Winwood, Buddy Guy, Robert Cray, Lucinda Williams, Allison Krause, Karla Bonoff, Spyrogyra, Simon and Garfunkel, Leonard Cohen, Farm Aid, and my first concert experience ever, Humble Pie :)

Worst:  Sting (not Police)

Up Next:  Eric Clapton

(AWB) Average White Band 1980 Capital Center in Landover, MD, never forget went in at night and came out it was as early morning dance break outside.

Santana with Al Di Meola at the Mann Music Center in Philly,  August 8, 1980.

@noromance - I saw that 'Pros and Cons' tour in Oakland on 4/20/1985, back when '420' just meant Hitler's birthday, and it was certainly one of the best shows I ever saw. Interesting that the AI response said that Eric Clapton was playing guitar, but he was already off the tour, having been replaced by Jay Stapely, who did an awesome job. Had 12th row seats dead center on the floor and a friend snuck in a tape recorder and got the whole show. Sound quality was even good, though not up there with the NY radio broadcast that ended up as 'Pros and Cons in New York'. I didn't care for the 'Pros and Cons' album that much, but wow, it was so much more powerful performed live.
