Manufacturers with great customer service

PSB speakers. I needed two new perforated metal grills for some obsolete surround speakers. Lenbrook was great with communication and reasonably priced $20 ea. USD.

Speaking of Canadian speakers, I also had great service from Paradigm on a tweeter replacement or an in-warranty Titan Monitor v.6, many years ago.

PS Audio, Hegel and Audio Research are the first three that come to mind for great service with PSA going above and beyond.

I had gotten a Marantz sr5101 from accessoriesr4less that went south. Under warranty I sent it to United Radio https://share.google/6R2FwrgxlrBXRAsk0. During shipping it was thrown across the universe, somehow. They sent me a sr5105. Can’t ask for a better come up. 

Mcintosh  service ctr all over America and been around along time and hope a long time in future. Bryston as well. Enjoy the music.
