Well.... a month ago I sent an email to them thru their website. I got a confirmation email saying it was received and someone would be in touch shortly ... still haven't heard.
McIntosh
Wanted to give a shout out to McIntosh tech support. I was having trouble trying to get my t.v to audio thru my McIntosh MA 7900 integrated amp using a toslink optical cable. The Mac tech guy was extremely helpful spent about half an hour on the phone with me helping me re-assign a mode to operate the t.v. sound off of the CD2 format and it worked. Also found out how to do a factory reset on my amp. I got right through on the phone both times I called. I give them a 10 on the scale.
