Anyone ever replaced a tweeter in B&W Formation Duo speaker

I understand the tweeter Is the same as the 700 series and readily available. Is the removing and replacing hard easy special tools etc

I wonder did you ever managed to do it? i bought a complete new tweeter horn and it looks like the couplings and fastining is in the bottom. I just can’t figure out how to get the old horn off?

Apparently there is a nut holding the assembly to the cabinet. Bill
