Anyone ever replaced a tweeter in B&W Formation Duo speaker

I don't know how applicable this is, but I have replaced a tweeter on one of my N801s which have a similar looking mounting on the top of the enclosure.

The replacement was pretty easy.  The rim around the front of the tweeter housing is a twist-lock and once it is removed the tweeter will slide out with a forward pull, enough to disconnect the spade lug wire connections.  Once this is done the tweeter itself will simply pull off of the "tail" to which it is attached.  Installing the replacement is a simple reversal.

Mine was not that expensive, maybe a couple hundred at most.  The diamond tweets are a lot higher though.

Hi! I wonder did you ever managed to do it?

i bought a complete new tweeter horn and it looks like the couplings and fastining is in the bottom. I just can’t figure out how to get the old horn off?

Per AI you have to access the tweeter assembly from the underneath by removing the mid/woofer driver first and accessing the tweeter mounting from inside the cabinet.  Apparently there is a  nut holding the assembly to the cabinet.
