On any site, there is usually a way to 'contact seller', ask a question, get to the administrators.

Last year I had Audiogon issues with a listing where the buyer couldn't make an offer, and I could make a seller offer to them either. I had to open a support ticket, and in the end I had to create a new listing.

Had the same thing happen today. It was for a record. Wanted it bad enough to just buy it for their price. But would be more frustrating if it was something I wanted but not ready for the listed price.
