how to use Aurliac Altair G1 - no lightning DS App anymore

Does anyone have any recommendation on how to control an Altair G1 now that the Lightning DS app is gone?

I had issues with the app connecting to my streamer, so I thought I would delete and re-download it. Little did I know that the app is gone from the App Store (IOS)...so not sure what I can do...obviously controlling through the front panel is an option...but certainly not very useful or easy.

yeah, I can access the setup menu from the IP address, but as far as I can tell there is no way to use it to select music to play (don't need to do any setup, add streaming accounts, etc)

Just cant figure out to how to play my music without using the unit front panel.

Download JPlay and give it a try. 14 day trial. I was using it with my Aries G1 for a bit.

JPlay for IOS works fine with Auralic devices.  I'm using it right now with an Aries G2.2.

Also check your Apple Cloud storage as there should be a copy of LDS stored there. If you went to reload it in the past it would have downloaded it from your cloud.

While JPlay does work with my Auralic Aries G1 and I like the UI, gapless playback was not working. I enabled it on the app but for some reason with my G1 it still wouldn't work. So I went back to the Lightning app.
