It sounds like you need a drill....to make room. If you like your PAD cables, that's about your only choice.
PAD makes two less expensive cables, that may be thinner, Genesis and Vesta, but neither of them have silver in them like your Museaus does.....so you may lose some of the sparkle in the highs.
