Yes! The last ethernet cable entering your streamer (or DAC) makes a big difference!
DH Labs Reunion Cat8
A couple of weeks ago I posted about the audible improvement in sq when I bypassed the wifi input of my Eversolo DMP-A6 by running an ethernet cable from my TP-link to the Eversolo. Well, today I replaced the generic .5M Cat8 cable with a DH Labs Reunion Cat8 cable. Wow! Another step up in audible SQ. I have switched it out a few times to confirm and its clear. Bigger, deeper, soundstage with rock solid imaging with even greater 3D space between instruments. How do they do this in the recording? Greater textures. Breathing. Tones of drum skins and the clicking of Saxaphone valves. Not hyped just real.

@fastfreight Without a doubt! @maprik I went thru several ethernet cables before I landed on audience hidden treasure. Excellent cable. If you have a chance to audition it, don’t miss it. |
