聖HIJIRI Users thread

Based on a discussion with another forum member, I've been reading up on this Comback Corporation brand. The reviews I've found have been pretty positive, but I've also learned over the years to take all reviews with a grain of salt. So the purpose of this thread is for users to share their input on 聖HIJIRI cables. When you share, if you'd discuss what model of HIJIRI you demoed and what brands/models they were compared to, that'd be very helpful.

A little background: a few years ago I was reading the Audio Envy threads and decided to give them a try as the seemed to compete with much higher-priced cable.  So I decided to give AE a try. I found both the $179 P2 and the $279 M3 to easily best an Isotek power cord at $1k. So that got me thinking even more about value products. I was about to give Zavfino a try and then was given another recommendation to give HIJIRI a try. So this is how I got here. I'll be very interested to hear all user comments on HIJIRI and this should be a good repository for the brand.

I too have an almost full loom of 聖HIJIRI including, HIJIRI Nagomi power cords, HIJIRI HCS speaker cables and HIJIRI HCI RCA interconnects. My funds were limited and Colin King, the gentleman he is worked with me and I can’t thank him enough. I have since sold my HDG-R Million RCA Coaxial cable and my HGP-R Million 極KIWAMI RCA interconnects.

Thanks for the recommendation of the Final Touch Audio - Sinope USB cable. I have been hard pressed finding a USB cable and a I2s cable to work synergistically with the HIJIRI loom and the reviews of the Final Touch Audio - Sinope USB cable suggest it just could be the USB cable I’m looking for. Final Touch Audio (FTA) Sinope  I noticed FTA doesn’t build I2s cables. 

Be mindful not to overdo it, too much HIJIRI in the chain can slightly soften transient attack. That said, introducing a HIJIRI speaker cable can bring a welcome sense of body, tonal saturation and emotional density to your system.

At Axpona there was a book listing brands and rooms where they were. Nothing listed about Hijiri. Grimm had nine listed and took top honors. It was easy to spot Transparent and Cardas but I saw none of our beloved plaid and wooden blocks.

I am still waiting to read about the sonic differences between those (3) HIJIRI 

Power Cords.
