Is Qubuz Direct really better

I have had Qobuz for several years now, and I see the Q direct came out last year.  Is it really different and worth using.  The way I am reading it you don't need the streamer app anymore and slightly better sound quality.  What say you smart people?

What I like about Qobuz Connect is that it lets you filter your favorite albums and playlists by genre, with about two dozen different genres.  So if I'm seeking some chamber music, I can choose from my favorite albums that Qobuz has designated as chamber music.  Unfortunately, it doesn't include all the chamber music albums (even some with "chamber music" in their titles), as some are classified as "classical."

I have an Innuos ZENith Mk III streamer and, like the other Innuos user above, haven't noticed a sonic difference using Qobuz Connect.  I also appreciate that Qobuz Connect allows me to easily switch from listening with wireless ear buds to listening through my streamer.

To me, with my Lumin X1 I greatly prefer the sound quality from the Lumin app than from Qobuz direct. It has a fuller sound quality.

On the WiiM Ultra I found Qobuz Connect to have a noticeably better sound quality.  Try for yourself!

I have both Cambridge streamers and a Wiim.  Qobuz Connect definitely sounds better with both.

This needs to be defined.

Qobuz Connect has the stream running directly from the streamer, the phone is just a remote

Just using Qobuz is running the stream from your phone to the streamer.

Think most of us will agree that getting the phone out of the music loop will sound better. Use Tidal on my setup, Connect sounds better.
