Why would you "have to" use your iPhone to control JPlay? I've been using it for three years exclusively with iPads of various generations.

@jackd Does it have an iPad specific app, or is it just the iPhone app made to display bigger? IOW, does it take advantage of the extra screen real estate? In any case, I use my desktop Mac and MacBook Air to control Roon and/or Qobuz Connect. If JPlay doesn’t have a macOS app then I’m not all that interested. I mostly don’t use my iPad anymore and will likely give it to my wife, who wants to read books on it. |
@dwette I have and use jplay installed on iPhone and iPad. It doesn’t have to be used with iphone only. Full screen on iPad. |
