@parkergetdean I'm sure the tech will do fine in the repair. I'm a retired technician (Component level). One good place to get opinions on Audio repairs is a Facebook group called "Repair, Restore or Scrap it Audio and Video". There are some excellent techs on that group and they give great advice. This is a very large and popular group with well over 250,000 members. Lots of Audio equipment techs on this group. |
thanks @willywonka I will gladly look it up. But I am probably not skilled enough to take expert advice. It probably takes years to become good at it. |
@parkergetdean Many people are on there with little or no skills. Some just want basic repair advice and want to know if something is even worth repairing. Also sometimes the fixes for things are very basic and simple and they give advice. Many people also ask for places to repair equipment. |
