Silversmith Audio Fidelium 6 years later, thoughts?

It’s been 6 years since Silversmith released the Fidelium speaker cables. Since then there’s been a host of boutique cable manufactures that have come online and advances from the big names. My question is, do they still hold the same value in the market they did 6 years ago or is there a new value leader that is disrupting the big guys? I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this.

I see them being used at axpona, they sound good. Do they hold their value? I can’t answer that.

I was interested in their speaker cables but one thing that always bothered me was how beat up the connectors were on these cables. The connector and the cable are actually one piece. While specifications are not the only thing I'm concerned about they are important. Unfortunately this company doesn't publish anything related to DC resistance, inductance or capacitance. I like the flat wire concept and am also looking at Nordost cables who does publish measurement's. Hopefully I can try both cables soon. I've heard good things about these cables.

Silversmith Fidelium is still high value and will remain so. Unlike other components, audio cable innovations that make significant differences are rare, especially so in the <1k level.

Owned a set since they were first offered. See no reason to change.

Very balanced.

Installed mine two years ago and was simply stunned by the SQ improvement—tonal qualities, definition, and sound stage.  I Have no intention of switching, as I would probably have to spend many times more for a modest incremental improvement over them.  To me, that makes them not only a superb product but a great value as well.
