amp I bought 3 days ago not powering on - electrical engineer advice wanted

I think the amp is out of order. You're out of order! This whole thread is out of order!!

Amen.  Get the thing fixed or put a stake in it.  Wringing your hands and hoping for a magic bullet..has probably run it's course. 

@mrdecibel I plugged it into other circuits and at the time it worked. But then I plugged it into the same one and worked again. It's more like "it works between 6:30 and 6:45 and does not between 6:45 and 7PM.

So far I have been told to

• fix it myself
• stay away from fixing it
• grow up
• that I have serious character flaws
• use a shaman
• be nice to my repairmen
• I am cheap
• be patient
• ...

I apologize for wasting everybody's time and I am truly grateful for all the help. You stay you and I will be me, never been good about adapting.
