Replacing drivers in Sonus Faber speakers..anyone?

@phusis  in the past, I resorted to using a mild silicone oil on rubber surrounds. I won’t do that again, as I noticed it tends to actually increase the demise of the rubber, due to an increase in the drying out cycle. 
 

@ghdprentice  I believe the GH woofers were sourced from Audiotechnolgie and not SEAS, but they were custom made for SF. The tweeter is made by Dynaudio and was also modded for SF. I’m hoping when the time comes that maybe Fine Sounds, if they are still the SF US rep, will have access to the drivers, but I’m not sure if they do. Which is why I posted my OP.

Here's a revolutionary idea: ask Sonus Faber.

All of the mid woofer drivers in all of the Snell speakers I ever owned needed replacement. The rubber surrounds come unglued. I found reasonable priced replacements so I always went that route. The drivers appear to be okay but if I gently ran my finger along the surface of the cone at the surround it was easy to see the issue. 

Devin is on the right track, if needed.  Like a dumba$$ I got carried away playing with a new high power amp and blew a 6" driver in my vintage and rare Dynaudio Special One (limited edition).  Took a while but on request Dynaudio special manufactured a matched pair of original spec replacements for me for a remarkably reasonable price (vaguely recall $400??).

As a manufacturer we were able to have blown drivers replaced on Sonus Faber speakers at a slight discount for the driver parts.  They still were not very cheap.  As already mentioned, unless the surrounds are rotted or you blow a driver you are pretty much good to go.  Bill Legal at Miller Sound in PA can fix some blown drivers and he does an excellent job at replacing surrounds.  Sonus may have replacement drivers depending on how old your speakers are but they are not cheap.
