I very much like Rega interconnects which are composed of off the shelf Klotz cable and the current Couple 3 like the first Couple interconnect use Neutrik RCAs. The Couple 2 which has been discontinued used a proprietary locking RCA that was designed to Rega specifications. Very nice interconnect but I don't believe it was well received by the public because locking RCAs in use to the uninitiated can seem counter intuitive but I still love the two pairs that I have. The couple three is still very nice though as well as reasonably priced and I use one pair to connect my Magnum Dynalab tuner to whatever line input I'm using at the time. The other plus is that you can look up Klotz and Neutrik online for yourself where you can view their catalogs as well as glean information from other sources about their reputation in the industry.
I will add that the Rega's are no nonsense and designed for the long haul and if you look at Rega's literature about them there is very little hype used in their marketing approach. Says a lot!
