Speaker Cable Length

TranspRent are great I have a 40 footer reference I bought used. It is true that monoblocks with long xlr and short speaker cables is optimal. You would have the best system with that amp in mono as it would sound sweet.i went to lmc in Phoenix and they had a similar set up.

You could easily go 100 feet with #14 speaker wire.

Typical twisted pair inductance is in order of 500nH/m.  At 100ft=30m inductance would be 15uH making reactive impedance at 20kHz  almost 2 ohm 
(not to mention 0.5 ohm resistance)

Shorter is typically desirable, but runs of this length shouldn’t pose much issue.   I run about 28’ with 12 awg...it’s not a problem. The specs of the wire play some role, but I wouldn’t be overly concerned.

When I do long runs I like heavy gauge wire .worlds best cables makes 7 gauge for sale on Amazon. Your transparent ref is thick and hard to beat. I have some 4 gauge i built for a long run. Enjoy the hunt.
