Break in for new DAC

Over 500 Hours: The DAC will continue to change subtly 

What's the return period? 500 hours is 20 days. How would they/you convince skeptics it needs break in let alone over 500 hours? If they give you a 60 day trial, I wouldn't have any issues but over 500 hours does not seem commensurate with a 30 day policy. It's a tight fit and requires the DAC to be left on 24/7. Something does not fully add up.

High-end devices designed with low-to mid level devices stress, 99.5% aging effect happened in first 50hrs. If device utilize components to the max, aging definitely will continue beyound 50hrs, and that’s really bad!

Thanks, but I have NO choice. 10 lbs of crap, in a 5 lbs bag. I get no ’’interference’’ on the OPPO. I "can" relocate the WIIM. As of now it has no negative effect on the Aero.

Once I find an N200, that’s when I’m going to have a positioning problem...

@danmar123 Furman is most likely generating tremendous EMI that impacts your components. You might not hear it until you remove the furman and eliminate that noise. But it’s up to you. 

I have broken in a lot of components over the years. Typically by the time a couple hundred hours goes by you know what it sounds like. The gestalt and all the characteristics are there and it is a mater of subtile improvements... like a final polish. Subtle but important.
