What cables can lower my forward treble.

The  best answer is often redicing the reflection off of your wall surfaces, but if it must be cables try mid range wire world

I had older MIT MH-750 and MI-330 cables and they definitely helped tame the top end of Thiel CS 3.5's. 

Try toe out or rake back a tad.
