Does anyone have any experience dealing with High Performance Stereo in Florida

From what I have read, Steve is managing all Krell's repair work, both warranty work and general repair work.

Yes. I purchased a tube preamp from Steve two years ago. He was very easy to work with, flexible on price, and delivered exactly what he promised. It was well packaged and I haven't had any issues. 

Steve is really a great guy.  I have purchased almost everything I own HiFi wise, with only a couple of exceptions and most of those before we met, now going on 2 decades ago.  I consider him a personal friend, much more than just a dealer.  He literally drove up to the Boston area from Long Island to help my wife, when I couldn’t be there, to move out of her house with nothing in it for him.  Just a good person.

@invalid There is no more Krell warrenty work but Steve has moved to Krell's new building to run the repairs being done on all of Krell,s gear besides owning

High Performance Stereo a tough move from being down in Flordia up to Krell's new site had the pleasure to talk to him about my Krell 300xd ibias very easy to talk

to and a real intrest in my questions.
