Does anyone have any experience dealing with High Performance Stereo in Florida

Well, they've been members here since 2012 and have 100% positive feedback...

I have multiple transactions/experiences with High Performance Stereo, in Florida, in the past. Steve has always been a standup guy that backed what he has sold to me.

From what I have read, Steve is managing all Krell's repair work, both warranty work and general repair work.

Yes. I purchased a tube preamp from Steve two years ago. He was very easy to work with, flexible on price, and delivered exactly what he promised. It was well packaged and I haven't had any issues. 

Steve is really a great guy.  I have purchased almost everything I own HiFi wise, with only a couple of exceptions and most of those before we met, now going on 2 decades ago.  I consider him a personal friend, much more than just a dealer.  He literally drove up to the Boston area from Long Island to help my wife, when I couldn’t be there, to move out of her house with nothing in it for him.  Just a good person.
