Denafrips Support - No Such Thing


I have sent multiple support requests to Denafrips over the last 4-6 weeks using their support page for help with my Aether and Gaia. No response at all.

Are others finding this to be the case? Are there alternate contact methods?

After seeing these types of threads, I'm so glad I  did not buy a Chi-fi DAC. Some people might think it's no big deal. Some of us think of it as recurring nightmare that is overwhelming and don't want  to deal with it. I have a lot of respect for people that can deal with this kind of product/customer service.

I have received support by emailing Denafrips Support.  Since they're in China, there is a time-zone lag in response.

Todd in Texas fixed my Pontus ll and sent it back pretty quick.  Todd does all the service work for Denafrips in North America.  He was very communicative as well. I’ll post all his information as soon as I find it.

I had a very poor experience with Denfrips service, never again for me. That didn't stop me for taking the risk with another China brand - Gustard. Fortunately, those units (r26 x 2 and x30) have been rock solid for me.
