Audiophile Ai music?
Been hearing some incredible Ai generated music lately, is this the future for audiophiles?
@bbarten That's a great question. If you write/create the lyrics and direct the sound making it a unique sound not copying any one human voice, wouldn't that be your own creation? If I go to art school and study paintings from different artists then I paint my own painting using them as an influence isn't my work original? If I copied one artist that would be different but using a blend of art styles to create my own is accepted. How is AI music any different? |

It all sucks. No soul. No heart. 1's and 0's are not capable of heart and soul. Music is intimate. AI is not. Can it generate lyrics and catchy licks?? Yes. Does it have heart and soul? No! Its kinda like 2 guitarist playing the same tune....both good but one has that vibe that can't be taught or learned. A lot of people can play hendrix or clapton or.....fill in the blank. But....its not the same cause the musician is where the feel and emotion come from. AI maybe fun. Thats it. |
