Is there any gear you had the chance to buy and regretted not buying? Some years back I was offered a Marantz 10b tuner for $600 and passed on it.

Someone here sold one for $1200 (it's $10k new) and I tried to negotiate a lower price. Super stupid of me. It haunts me to this day. Also, a second pair of McIntosh XRT28s. I have one pair, the local dealer had another pair for a reasonable price, but I just couldn't afford it at the time.
