I loved the sound of the BMRs at AXPONA, one of the best sounding rooms despite the modest supporting system.  Supported by many enthusiastic user reviews and Stereophile class A.   

They are an easy recommendation since the PSS Audio tweeters cause image shift and I have not heard a Revel speaker that I cared for.  

PS (with all due respect) I heard the JA Prisms and they had a "small" sound and not even close to the quality of the Pulsars which are exceptional.

Mike, a couple of recommendations.  I would look at the Patadigm Founder and Premier series.  I have the Premier 200B in my second system, and I love the sound.  The Premiere 800F is at the bottom of your price range, and the Founder 80F is just above it, both currently on sale.  I would also look at Fyne Audio speakers in the F501 series.  I have the F-702s, and they provide amazing sound quality.

I’m also looking into the Waferdale Aura 2. It appears to be a similar size and style to the BMR’s. They’ve gotten good reviews too. Looking for a great imaging and sound staging speaker, which will be paired with 3 Martin Logan subwoofers. 
Currently I have a pair of JBL L100 Classics, and a pair of Klipsch Forte 4’s. 
Just looking for a different flavor. They’ll be paired with a Hegel 360 integrated.
