Agreed.
We should be able to agree to disagree. There is no call for incoherent / hostile replies unless one opened the door, which definitely wasn't the case here.
I have an account at What's Best Forum but I hardly ever read and don't post.
Your initial post implies that your point of view supersedes everyone else’s and continues on as condescending with -
You think we should except hyperbole as fact. Nnnnno! Oh, your grammar is incorrect here. You don’t reword an individual’s comments and put them in quotes unless its verbatim. Otherwise, you’re just taking it out of context. With that I believe you’re referencing my long list of interconnects and cables followed by my technically accurate assertion regarding why I think cables make a difference followed by the priorities I use to choose these components for my system, I then concluded with a little tongue in cheek.
You went on for two more paragraphs about it! Your flimsy arguments dissolve into character assassination when people don’t aggrandize you. You’re not astute, just mostly whiny and your only business here is to incite a confrontation. Voila! @devinplombier Likes to talk out of both sides of his mouth as well. |
I like to fancy myself a centrist with respect to cables. I can look at people disagree without feeling an obligation to take sides. As long as the parties are reasonably intelligent, as seems the case here, I can appreciate their respective, opposing arguments. Again, reasonably intelligent people should be able to agree to disagree. Don't get me started on audiophile network switches though :)
