Excellent Article on Stylus and Cantilever differences in December 2025 Stereophile
The title of the article is "Excel Sound/LP Gear The Vessel," and the author is Tom Fine. It goes into depth on the sonic differences of conical, elliptical, hyperelliptical, Shibata, fineline etc, as well as cantilever differences for aluminum (both bonded and nude), ruby, and boron. It also covers such topics as where the diamond stylii are made and by whom. Has wonderful photos. It is a very well researched and presented article.
