Regarding the matching and reliability concerns you mentioned, we fully understand your worries and take all user feedback very seriously.
First, please allow me to apologize once again for the noise issue you encountered with the first pair of tubes. When shipping individual retail units, our products are sometimes subjected to rough handling during transit, which may cause slight internal component movement and result in noise. We truly appreciate that you informed us promptly and gave us the opportunity to replace your pair with a brand-new set that was carefully tested and strictly matched.
Secondly, it is true that in the past our tube-matching process was not as rigorous as it should have been. Historically, our products were mainly sold through dealers. Although we performed initial matching before sending tubes to our distributors, most dealers would conduct additional testing and perform stricter matching before delivering products to their customers. Because of that workflow, our own matching procedures were somewhat relaxed. However, we have already implemented targeted improvements in the second half of this year to correct this issue.
If any customer encounters mismatched tubes or microphonics, they may now contact us directly to begin the warranty or after-sales process. We will replace the tubes with a new pair that has undergone strict testing and precise matching. This is also why we now offer a 24-month warranty for our high-end products sold directly through our store.
In addition, we have significantly strengthened our quality-control inspection rate during production, applying even higher standards to flagship lines such as the Summit series.
These measures have already resulted in substantial improvements over the past few months, and the stable performance of your replacement pair and the second pair you purchased reflects the progress of these upgrades.
