Who here continues to regularly use a CD player?

I have hundreds of CDs and SACDs and play them regularly.  I also stream with Tidal and Qobuz.  The more the merrier.  My CD players are a Marantz SACD30n and a Denon DCD 1700NE.  

I was gifted a circa 2000 Rotel deck that has HDCD capability. I own three or four HDCD’s that sound great through the deck. That being said, I haven’t played a silver disc in months.

50% Vinyl - GOO to OUTSTANDING SQ, perfect for alone time.

45% CD - GOOD SQ, and very convenient.

5% Stream - only when SQ does NOT matter, like being on in the back year playing fetch with my dog OR playing a classical radio station while making diner...

100 percent CD. Love it!

90% CD , 10% Vinyl

Neodio Origine S2 CD player in main system (it does allow for a streamer to be used as a source via SPDIF or USB)

Modwright Elysee DAC & SimAudio 260 transport in 2nd system

I buy CDs all the time , and albums.  Plenty of ways to find new music and artists aside from streaming
