All these pop up ads have ruined my experience on Audiogon.

Been using Brave for years. No pop-ups here there and everywhere. It's the real deal.

When you type up a reply to a post and you spent some time formulating it, a session refresh hits and wipes it all out. That’s just gangsta. 

Brave. I’ve been using it for a few years now and will never use anything else. What a game changer for the internet in general.

I found that the Widows operating system fights every effort to limit their control of what apps one uses and how private one wishes to be. I switched to a device which doesn't use Windows and would never go back to them again. Stop accepting Windows crap if you can manage to do it.

Oooh, that sounds deadly. 

Same thing here on Macbook. I was just typing this sentence and a pop up happened and the curser disappeared! 

I have mixed feelings- I understand how much is costs to run a server and a website, and want them to have some revenue as I have never sold anything on Audiogon or paid them a penny. And when I ran an ad blocker some websites let me know that they knew I was using one, and refused to let me surf until I removed it. 

But yes, I may start using one (and my curser disappeared again!....) just for Audiogon. This web platform is archaic. I don't know much about the web forum platforms but once you have been on the one that Roon and Antipodes uses all the others severely lack in experience. 

Or, we could all just disappear from here and join or get in the habit of primarily posting (curser disappeared again!, you are right, it has gotten worse in the last few days...) some other forum? Who is going to organize this mutany? 

I just downloaded Brave, and I am already amazed. Thank you to everyone who recommended it.

Sad commentary that you have to jump through hoops in order to avoid having ads shoved in your face. Not singling AG out for this, it's the way of this wicked world.
