Listen to it, above all. That slight deviation from straight may be harmless. What does the stylus look like, at higher magnification? If it’s asymmetrically worn, then for sure do send it off.

I wish I could look at it for you under my Wild-HerrBrugg M5 microscope. I would need to look straight down at the point of the stylus under greater magnification to see what the wear pattern is going down each side of the diamond. Without being able to see that, you are flying blind. My microscope is in FL and I am in NH until after Thanksgiving so I can't help you. SoundSmith is still upset from re-location, therefore, your best option is VAS, which is just as good anyway. If you are in FL and can wait, I do this for free.
